I contacted CMA for move out and get ready to sell house cleaning. Malvina and her coworker were very prompt and courteous when met to get a quote for the cleaning. We were booked within a day. They arrived early and worked tirelessly to clean an entire ranch house with a full basement. We are extremely pleased with the results and the house was ready for photos and video with the realtor the same day. Thank you again to Malvina for the outstanding work that she and her coworker did to accomplish a big task !!

CMA is very detailed and is very creative with communication to ensure understanding of your needs. I am satisfied with the quality of their cleaning. The only reason for giving 4 stars and not five, it is because a critical area was missed. In general, they asked when they were not sure but missed that section.

The whole process of working with the CMA employees was fantastic, they were very careful, professional and took great care of themselves, they wore masks and gloves when cleaning my house, they did a great job and my house was cleaner than it had been in so long.
