- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always introduce myself with a smile and a handshake. And ask questions to get to know them before we talk about anything with fence. It allows me to understand them as people first.

Been doing this on and off for 30 years. GRE up on a farm. So you learn from just going out and doing it and asking questions
