I received a fast response from him. He showed up on time. The only issue I had was that he went through the rooms without writing anything down what needs to be done and when he finished his work there was two walls that was not done and when I told him that's it needed to be done he said it wasn't included in the discussion. Did he do the work yes is the work good quality yes is the price good yes but in the future please write everything down so that there's no confusion in the end. I rented the apartment with one wall missing a baseboard but it is what it is.
