FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a very in-depth discovery session. We firmly believe that if you put the time in up front, it saves a lot of pain in the long run. We're also big believers in educating people about the process. There's a lot that goes into building a great site, and the better we can collaborate the better the end result.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The wild, wooly world of the web is full of fly-by-night companies. These range from one person outfits that are just biding time until their next "real" job comes along (leaving you and your site in the cold) to fronts for overseas programmers with no experience. Make sure to investigate the company you are looking at - how long they've been in business, who does the programming (and in what country!), how many employees.
