Introduction
CAI provides residential home inspections for single family homes and condos. We will perform an exhaustive assessment of every major system in the home, including the exterior, roof, attic, insulation, ventilation, plumbing, mechanical systems, heating/cooling, electrical, and foundation.

Unmatched training and experience.
We are registered professional engineers in the State of Ohio. In addition, we are certified professional inspectors with the International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Each year, we complete a minimum of 15 hours of continuing education in order to stay abreast of the latest technologies available to home inspectors.
Advanced technology.
We utilize advanced equipment, including a thermal imaging camera and moisture meter to detect areas of the home where hot/cold air or moisture can penetrate from the outside. All of these services are included in the cost for our standard inspection.

We were looking for a structural engineer who also conducted home inspections but not finding anyone who was available during our inspection window. I was only going to use CAI to inspect my current home before putting it on the market, but was pleasantly surprised when told they had a structural engineer on staff. The inspector was super thorough, professional and personable. We will definitely use CAI in the future.

We needed someone right away ave he can’t out the very next day. His inspection results were very thorough and the turn around time was super fast. He explained everything and was an absolute professional to work with. It was an awesome experience and we would definitely hire them again.

I was hesitant when I started looking for a new inspector to check a condo we were purchasing. I had a long trusted inspector that was used for many years. He was not available when we were looking for someone, and I had to turn to seeing who could fit us in. Matt fit us in within a couple of days.
Matt was incredibly courteous and thorough. He answered any questions we had and taught us so much while going through the inspection. Most importantly, he caught things that were not caught before and when researched, taught my husband and I, our agent and even the previous inspector something new. He checked every nook and cranny and got the report, complete with pictures of any problems back in a timely manner.
I would use AND recommend Matt to anyone looking for an inspection on the purchase of their new home. They will come away from that appointment being well educated and feeling much more confident that their purchase is a good one.

This is the 3rd home inspection we have hired Matt for. We were recommended him from our realtor on our first home and will never hire anyone else. He is very thorough and friendly. He takes pictures of everything and explains why or how it happened in a way anyone could understand.
