- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The most time I charge per job. but sometimes i do hourly work, My hourly rate is $60 and project fee is $40. Project fee covers lead fee's and travel cost. So for the first hour I charge $100, for the second hour starts hourly $60.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will carefully listen my customers and always pay very close attention to all details of the jobs. I recommended more reasonable and affordable options to my customers even it takes me more time to do it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 10 years of experience in construction and handyman business.
