Roy is very thorough, punctual, and communicative. He helped me understand the process that needed to be completed. Came to our house and offered great ideas to incorporate into the plans. Followed up on an item that needed to be addressed regarding our garage build. Coordinates with a structural engineer to cover the building permit requirements. Roy is easy to work with on designs. He had helpful suggestions, is practiced at the diplomacy of telling you it’s a bad idea but not actually saying it directly (a key skill for designers and contractors). He came to our house to take measurements and talk through design issues. Would work with him again. Great finished work product with pages of elevations, detail and views / renderings.
