Roy is very thorough, punctual, and communicative. He helped me understand the process that needed to be completed. Came to our house and offered great ideas to incorporate into the plans. Followed up on an item that needed to be addressed regarding our garage build. Coordinates with a structural engineer to cover the building permit requirements. We are working with Roy on an addition on an existing structure that is not easy project. We do not have our final plans yet, but we are getting close. Roy has been patient and also offered suggestions. I have confidence that we will end up with the home we imagined.
