When Kris arrived, at first I thought that he was too young to be able to fix the problem. But boy, was I wrong. I explained that the clothes dryer wasn't getting hot enough to dry the clothes. Kris went to work, and about 20 minutes later said the exhaust was partially blocked. He said that cleaning it would solve the problem. About 2 hours later, everything was put back together, and he had completed a complete run of clothes through the washer and dryer. I am completely satisfied as we have used the dryer several times since the repair. The old saying, "Looks can be deceiving," applied here. Thanks, Kris!

Kris came on time as promised. He diagnosed the problem with our icemaker not working and tried to fix it, but it did not work. He ended up replacing the whole unit for a fee of $284. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I will hire him again for any appliance issues.

We had Kris out to diagnose our freezer that didn’t seem to be cooling well. He helped with temperature settings, checked all the seals and gave the fridge a clean bill of function. It’s hard to find people who aren’t trying to sell unnecessary work/repairs. His approach, same day response and honesty were very much appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to call him for help in the future.
