I have always wanted a front porch. After saving for quite some time, we finally pulled the trigger.... with the wrong contractor. We jumped on Thumbtack and started looking for people to help us repair all the mistakes. Johnathan was quick to respond and very professional! When we started digging further into what I needed via the app, he promptly came out to my residence, and we walked through everything together. We agreed on the payment terms and he was out three days later (weekend included)! He was great at communicating about siding colors, materials, and how we could fix certain things. He replaced gutters that were installed incorrectly, added missing fascia, and redid the ceiling soffit. However, the biggest mistake that was fixed in my humble opinion, Shingle Minded Roofing took down an unpainted board that should have had siding. How lazy of the original contractor! And it had a hole! It was asking for bees and wasps and whatnot to nest in our garage attic. Thank you so much Johnathan and Shingle Minded Roofing team!! We are slowly getting this stupid porch fixed.

Fast, reliable, and reasonably priced! Also great communication. Had a bird's nest in my siding and an owl attacked it taking out one row of siding. It is tough to find someone to repair siding, as so many companies just want to do big jobs (whole house). Shingle-Minded Roofing took up the task and I am very happy with the results.
