After the first person contacted for this job failed to show up, I contacted Gavin who had also responded to my initial request. He quickly replied, arrived when he said he would and made the repair and explained to me what he was doing and offered suggestions for handling any future issues that might arise. He could have told me that I needed a new electrical panel, but instead moved some circuits around to accommodate the repair. He was very professional and personable.

We got a roof replacement on our house, everything was handled well. From starting with caution tape, to cleaning up the yard, everything was done well. This company met with the adjuster, and was very helpful throughout the project. The workers were managed, and everyone did an excellent job, do not hesitate to show my house if needed.

I normally don't write reviews, however, the service we received from Quality One Exteriors was outstanding. From the moment we called in, and spoke with Joanna, the process was smooth and painless. First off, Joanna scheduled an appointment for us within 24hrs, which was very accommodating. Q1E arrived on time and was very professional. They took the time to closely inspect our roof and reviewed all options with us. After researching a few more companies for price, quality, and professionalism, it was an easy decision to go with Quality One Exteriors. All in all great company, they were very easy going and knowledgeable. The job was done in a lot shorter time than I expected! I highly recommend this company. If I could give it more stars I would. If you need a roof call them, you won't be disappointed.

I did construction work in the summers during high school and during college. I graduated from Sinclair College and I started my own construction company shortly after I received my degree.
