- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For buyers looking to purchase a home, the cost of using a real estate agent is paid by the seller. Buyers do not pay the commission to the agent. I work for you and represent your best interests in the transaction. For sellers, the real estate commissions are typically 6% of the sales price, 3% to the selling agent and 3% to the buying agent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting face-to-face is important for a decision as big as the purchase or sale of your home.
