I was lucky enough to book Jack pretty quickly. I had never used him before but I had to get my mower repaired so I chanced someone new. Jack arrived on-time, was through in his examination of all probable sources of the noise, and had identified the problem pretty quickly (which I spent hours trying to.) I was surprised to learn that he had experience in small appliances as well. He did not exceed his estimate in price and I could not have been more pleased that I took a chance with Jack.
