- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a new client includes several steps to ensure the project is successful and the client is satisfied: 1. ! Initial Consultation ! I start with a meeting or call to understand the client’s needs and expectations. This includes discussing the scope of the project, desired colors and finishes, and any specific details the client wants to include. 2. ! Site Assessment ! I visit the location where the work will be performed to assess the current state of the surfaces and any preparation that is necessary. This also allows me to take measurements and estimate the amount of materials that will be needed. 3. ! Detailed Estimate ! I provide a detailed estimate that includes the cost of materials, labor, and the estimated time to complete the work. I make sure the client understands all the costs involved before we begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training in painting work has been mainly practical. I started by helping a friend run his painting company, which allowed me to learn first-hand in the painting industry. My years have been dedicated to painting work, surface preparation and use of specific materials. This combination of practical experience and technical training has allowed me to develop the skills necessary to offer a high quality service to my customers.
