Today I had a deep cleaning on two floors. Two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The floors were squeaky clean, the entire house smelled clean and the detail was great!! If you’re looking for a very detailed deep clean or regular standard cleaning. Novellis is definitely the best I have seen in a long time.

After struggling with health issues, working full-time, and my wife battling a serious illness for a few years, alongside our special needs kids, our house had turned into an absolute nightmare. She gave me an estimate and said she could start the next day. The following day, her team arrived in the morning, and by the evening, our home had completely transformed. It was such a relief—I really, really appreciate it. They also offer regular cleanings, which I am definitely signing up for and would recommend to anyone in a similar situation.

The attention to detail doesn’t even begin to describe how awesome this cleaning service is! The deep clean service is amazing. We’ve had another cleaning service from Thumbtack before, and it was a waste of money. Three Hispanic women showed up Novellis Cleaning, and they dusted our walls and all surfaces, deep cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen, and even wiped down the moulding and picture frames. They cleaned our dishes, left liners in our trashes, and were exceptionally thorough. They didn’t speak English, but we communicated well with Google Translate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!
