Introduction
Motivated Motions is a one-on-one personal training facility with an unique experience and has received the Best Of 2015 and 2016 Thumbtack Award and has been a Thumbtack Pro for 2017 and 2018. Whether it be weight loss, toning, cardio-strength training, body building, general rehabilitation or marathon training, Motivated Motions has never had a client's needs that we could not meet. Here, we are very well-versed in nutrition and exercise regiment and have never had a problem developing a personal program for any client. Also, at Motivated Motions, we keep track of your food logs, weight, body fat, body measurements and exercise sessions. Depending on your fitness status at the moment, we will determine the progression we could take to reach your goals together. At Motivated Motions, your health and fitness is our top priority. Each client gets personalized attention and care tailored to each individual's goals and objectives. To start up, we would meet for about an hour to an hour and a half, do a free fitness assessment and consult, free body analysis and nutritional overview and then a work out. At the conclusion of our initial meeting, you will leave our studio well informed, confident with an actionable plan in hand. We offer all this with no monetary contract!

In high school I realized I had gained some extra weight and was not as quick and athletic as I am now. I started to gain more weight over my freshman year of college and I wasn't performing in basketball the way I used to. As the summer came around I knew I needed a change and Eric was the exact change I was looking for. I weight 203 pounds while actively playing sports. Eric started me off with an informational session about the workouts and nutrition and how much changing my eating would benefit me. He gave me the motivation I needed to get started during our 30 minute sessions. But then towards the end of the summer I was able to handle 45-60 minute sessions. I felt stronger and faster than I had in a long time. He also had me keep a food log and looked at it every two weeks or so, showing me what I could be doing better and how to change it. He also was willing to help me over the phone and give me answers about nutrition whenever I had a question. His workouts got me in shape and sculpted me a new and lighter body. His workouts prepared me for athletics and propelled me to stay fit throughout the college years. I also preferred his workouts over my basketball workouts since everything was more dynamic and a total body workout. I now weigh 162 pounds with a better build and smaller waist than I've ever had, and I have Eric to thank for that!!

With Eric's encouragement and expertise I have lost 25 pounds, gone from 31% body fat to 22% and gone from a size 14/16 to a size 4/6. Eric challenges me in each and every session and makes sure that I am always working to my full potential. He has helped me get into a the best shape of my life, even after having two kids!
