FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
An estimate is provided to the customer prior to the work. The exception to that is with trouble shooting, as trouble shooting of circuitry can only be performed on a time and material basis. I believe my rates are very fair based on my experience and knowledge. I honor and respect the military. To show my gratitude, I offer a 10 percent discount to any active military personnel and a 5 percent discount to veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to visit the home in order to ensure a fair and reasonable estimate is provided. If the home owner agrees to the cost, the job would be performed then or scheduled for a later date. The customer only pays after the project is completed to their satisfaction (a deposit may be required on larger projects).
