- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact MBM DJs & Services you will go through a process similar to the following: - Schedule Call > This is to introduce ourselves to the client, and have a formal conversation, where we can exchange ideas and ensure we understand everything needed to give them the best results. - Details and vision for event/project > During the phone call we discuss the vision that the client has for the project, and how we can add our own spin onto it in order to give the best results possible. - Budget > This is something we really work with our clients on. We understand budgets are set in place for a reason, and we try our best to give the most reasonable package for the budget that is set. - Invoice & deposit > Lastly is our invoice process. After getting the vision, dates, times and everything else squared away, we send an invoice with all of our services need for the project included. The invoice is very detailed and explains to our customers exactly what they're getting.
