We recently hired Columbus Windows & Siding to replace the siding and windows on our house (they also installed gutter guards as well). When we first talked to Doug, we liked that he was not pushy and was very informative about the window and siding product. On the install day, the installers accidentally removed siding that we had not planned to have replaced, but they were very responsive to our concerns and ended up replacing that siding for us without additional cost to us (as it was an error on their end). This did cause the project to be delayed slightly, but we appreciated the responsiveness to the issue. Overall, while there was a bump in the road, Columbus Windows and Siding listened to our concerns and took swift action to fix the problem. They turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one!

This Company is the best around, was in a crunch selling my house, found out then, I had to replace my roof so the salesman came out which his name was Jeff Jeff got on it right away and I had a roof within 4 days. All I can say is that he saved my life on that Jeff youre the man. After all the work was done I had a friend for life thank you Jeff. I hope your company realizes that they have a good employee working for them..Keep up the good work Jeff your the best.

This company is the best!! I had 3 est. from different companies and they offered the best deal for the work. The guys were friendly and worked quickly. I want to thank Jeff Hart especially for all the hard work he did to repair the damages caused by yrs of water exposure. He cut away rotten wood, replaced and repaired where he could, and installed dry wall where it was needed. Excellent job done by him and the guys who installed the window. 5 stars from me. I would highly recommend this company for all your window and siding projects. I will use them again when I decide to have my siding done.

Six months since windows were installed. Enjoying the new windows especially the bay window and so do the cats. Let's so much light in and adds to curb appeal. I did notice a difference this past winter. Thank you.

I would like to say I highly recommend this company. We have 2 extreme large windows.( Approx. 6ft by 9ft guessing) One of the large front window got cracked. I was looking for someone that was local to the area. Doug the Owner came out himself to do the quote. He also taped up the window so it won't crack more or shatter. He definitely went above and beyond by finding a window that matches the other existing window. I was told it would take max 4 weeks to get it made and installed but it was ready and installed in 3 weeks. The install was quick. Very skilled workers, I was told it would take 3 hours but they finished in a little over 2 hours. They cleaned up everything and it was like they were never here. Thanks again to the Columbus Windows and Siding Company and will definitely use them again when I need too.
