He did a great job on taking the tree down but Not good on details and cleaning after work, left a pile of grounded tree stamp, pieces of branches and broke my umbrella tree.

This past Tuesday 8/8, I contracted Ismer's services to cut down 3 medium tree, 1 small tree, a large trunk of the tallest tree in the backyard, and cut flushed to the ground a 2 ft trunk of a dead tree. AND he grinded the stump of the 3 trees in the front yard, all for under $2700! Very reasonably priced compared with other companies and contractors I had asked. He offered advice on tree roots that may be destroying your grounds also. His crew arrived 8:30AM and was finished by 4PM. They even blew all the leaves, raked all the branches, and mulch into a pile and took them away! Most companies will upcharge you for grinding stump and hauling away mulch left from the process. They made me super happy with how clean they left my yard. My father previously had tree cut by a different company 6 years ago and it was a mess after they left. He actually asked them to come over and trimmed the tree that overhangs from the neighbor's yard onto his roof (we did get their blessing to trim). He was supposed come by tomorrow 8/12, but there are chances of rain. He said he can do it this afternoon. They did this today 8/11 at 3:30PM. I even referred him to my parents' neighbor, who came out to ask Ismer to quote him for the medium tree in the front yard. The neighbor's tree was cut down today, too! The crew was finished ~5:40PM. Super fast work. Due to the rain yesterday, the ground is much softer, so we did have damage to the yard; however, it should heal itself overtime as it self-level off. I will definitely recommend Ismer's Family Tree Service to others who may need tree cutting or trimming done. He is responsive on Thumbtack and text/call. 5-star!
