I was excited to use the service but unfortunately they never sent me the contract. I had a follow up several times and I don’t trust them.

These guys did my tax 2 years ago and I’m still getting audited. They are probably the worst in terms of communication. It’s very hard to talk to the tax preparer. Please do yourself a favor and pick someone who you can talk to and can get in touch promptly. This guy was MIA for like 4 weeks…

I’m having an impossible time getting Ryan to communicate with me about my taxes that he filed incorrectly earlier this year. I’ve been emailing him multiple times a week for the past month now. I had to threaten to dispute the tax fee to get him to respond and my issue still isn’t resolved. I’ve never had such a terrible experience in my life.

They are worth the money 100%. Not only did I not have to pay money back on my taxes, they got me a pretty significant return. They are a bit hard to get a hold of on the phone but are very responsive to emails, and had me in and out of the office in under 30 minutes. I’ve been going to them now for over three years and I can’t see myself switching anytime soon.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide reasonable fees and payment arrangements. We want to make sure that you see the value in the services we provide. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, EFT/ACH, Check, and Cash. We provide discounts for -Military Members -Students -Seniors -Returning Clients -Referred Clients
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally like to have an in-person meeting or a phone/skype interview. During this meeting, we discuss the services needed and spell out terms of our new engagement. Once this is completed we place a timeline together and move towards next steps.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ryan is a graduate of Wright State University. He has worked with several CPA firms in the Dayton and Columbus area. He is an Enrolled Agent Candidate as well as a Quickbooks Proadvisor. He is an accounting business partner with Xero, Zoho, Sage, and Freshbooks.
