Ron and Tay were on it from the moment I called -- Tay quickly scheduled for an onsite consultation as I advised her I was getting water into the basement after heavy rains to the point I was using sandbags. Ron was very knowledgeable and we agreed on replacing the old plastic gutters with aluminum and moving the spouts, at a great price. He made the introductions between myself and the project manager, but kept in touch with me about schedule openings. My new gutter and downspouts were installed by the team within an hour. Before (first two) and after photos (last 4) attached. Thank you again for a quick and thorough job.
