I have been face to face with myself on many levels and healed and grown from the opportunities. I use exercise, mental health strategies and life experiences to help others do the same. 20 years experience. I love what I do. Purely remote. Written, zoom, small groups unlimited, food guidance through allergy, addiction and behavior modification, intermittent fasting; exercise cardio, functional, strength, hiking; mental approaches based in tried and true known methods. Love the workouts and the conversations! Jan is very intuitive and always seems to know exactly what her clients need. Also if I could have clicked all 5 things listed for liking about Hueman Tribe I would have!

I honestly would pick all 5 of those attributes for Jan and the Hueman Tribe & Retreats!!! She is absolutely amazing!! She helped me conquer my depression, my grief, and helped me understand my relationship with food. She helped me build up not only my physical body muscles but also my mental muscles. Her training and guidance is truly what saved me from my destructive habits of eating food to fill a void instead of eating food for nutrition.
Without her training and guidance to a healthier mind, body, and soul; I know I would still be stuck in my grief and depression. I would still be stuck in a body that I didn’t recognize.
The things she has taught me have also helped me navigate through my recent breast cancer diagnosis and treatments. Her gifts of healing, teaching, training, and support is more than just one dimensional.
Jan gave me back my love of life and opened up a whole new me.
