I often times don't write reviews but this one is a must. I have been training with Connor since 2016 and I have seen a major difference in my body and lifestyle. Connor is very dedicated and fun to train with. He always makes such detailed workout plans for whatever area of my body I want to work out. He knows how to help you achieve your goals in a healthy and motivated way, and because of Connor I have much better health and endurance for fitness!
