I’ve worked with Alex for almost a year now using his online coaching plus a few training sessions in person. He’s helped me adjust my eating habits, improve form, and provided much needed structure with my workouts. With his coaching I’ve been able to drop 30lbs so far. Best trainer out there and a good value for your money.

I can’t believe that Alex and I have partnered in my health journey for a year now. Alex has given me useful knowledge about health, food, and consciousness about choices. Through this journey with him, I have been feeling stronger physically and mentally, and definitely more confident. Working out in person at his gym was a great opportunity to correct my workout and learned about my own limit. Alex is patient, knowledgeable, supportive, and a great trainer overall.

I’ve had the pleasure of being a client of Alex’s for almost three years now. The quality that he delivers, is unmatchable. He gives 100+% in everything and anything he sets his mind to. What is unique about his method of coaching, is his ability to connect to his clients at a cellular level and is clearly evident by his style of coaching, as he is fully invested in his clients progress. Recently, I’ve had the opportunity to train in his new gym ( 1Evolve) and the experience was absolutely incredible, not to mention the gym itself is stunning. It is truly the embodiment of who Alex is as a coach, a work of art-unique and astonishing with its finishing touches and stunning the level of detail. That being said, he is attentive and provides feedback to help ensure I am doing my workouts properly and form is correct. Having Alex as a trainer has been the best decision ever made, can’t wait to book another session and come back.

I’ve been working with Alex online for over 2 years. We just moved our work over to in-person at his new gym. His approach to fitness is very sustainable and I enjoy learning from him. His gym is clean with high quality equipment. I highly recommend him as a trainer!

Alexander is always going to give you 100% if you put the work in there is no way you will not succeed with him. He is patient and encouraging but is far from just talk. The wealth of knowledge this man has and the ability to talk for hours about health and fitness make him a clear choice when choosing to improve your life for the better. He really knows his stuff and how to get you on track with his check-ins and setting up goals and having a plan. His gym is also pretty sick, he designed it.
