What was agreed to was not received. I still have things that need to be packed and moved to my new location. The owner was arrogant as to getting her money and did not even give me a receipt for her services when paid in full

We fulfilled our contract completely and thoroughly and went above and beyond to make this client happy. We even rented a truck for junk removal and did not charge the client for this expense to try and satisfy her. The client started that she was satisfied with our services upon completion. Payment was due upon receipt of the invoice and after 3 weeks of nonpayment from the client I was very concerned and had to follow up daily to receive payment. A receipt is sent to the client via email and can be found easily by clicking on the invoice. We have never received a bad review and cherish our customers. We are heartbroken to have received this feedback and feel it is a result of having to persue the client for payment.
