- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our client should know that we try to keep our costs as affordable as possible while providing professional experience customers should not have to pay thousands of dollars to have moving help A lot of our customers are women, moms ,& the elderly and they just cannot afford to pay tons of money to help move but also are unable to physically move themselves
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of experience in the moving industry & customer service industry as well
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to start doing this type of work because it was something I extremely enjoyed & felt like the larger companies were not as involved with their clients so they didn't get a very personal hospitality experience
