Im a professional interior designer and real estate agent with 10 years of industry experience My general approach to all my designs, regardless of the design style itself, is to create a thoughtful, personalized space that’s really you. Every project starts with a detailed consult that allows me to immerse myself in your personal style, lifestyle and location to create an incredible interior that you'll love living in. I'm focused on creating an enjoyable and customized hybrid experience by using a combination of modern tools/technologies, and traditional in-person business practices to deliver on design. I offer a variety of services that can be provided a la carte style or packaged together for larger projects. I love working with Courtney! She transformed our dated sunroom into a beautiful inviting space. She took the time to listen to what we wanted and provided options/designs at a couple price points. I was apprehensive about hiring a designer, but after our experience with Courtney, I am glad that we met her. Working with Courtney was seamless and fun. The design process was fantastic - we went through many revisions and she never got tired or frustrated with our indecision. She designed our new dining room space from top to bottom including designing a custom dry bar/built in cabinet. In the end the space turned out exactly as we imagined and we couldn't have done it without her expertise. She helped us stay on budget and secured many deals/significant savings on furniture and decor that we wouldn't have gotten otherwise. She was extremely organized and her communication could not have been better. We will definitely work with The Factory Interior Design Co and Courtney again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer both hourly and by project pricing. Hourly rates can change based on the scope of services and project pricing usually is a percentage of your overall budget
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we’ll book a 15 minute call to do a brief overview and get to know each other to make sure we’re a good fit for one another. Following that, I will send a detailed project questionnaire for you to fill out and once received, a project proposal with pricing and a tentative schedule will be sent. In that schedule, you’ll see the phases of the design process. This is unique to each client based on scope.
