Jennifer Kessler

I specialize in teaching yoga to bodies who feel the affects of age. As the body begins to feel age, pain enters in unexpected places, muscles tighten, and you begin to miss free movement. I teach restorative flows to bring strength, movement, and life back into your body. Our practice is built on breath and the power of simple stretches and ease filled flows. We will deepen your ability to move without pain and bring comfort to places in your body that need to feel the healing power of blood flow. We will always meet your body where it is. Yoga is a practice that brings blood flow to parts of your body that need circulation, that gently stretches even your tightest muscles, and that creates a strong core for greater balance and mobility on and off your mat. I am here to guide your practice so your body and mind can create a place of relaxation, health, and ease. I am certified in flow, power, and heated yoga. I enjoy the relationship built through yoga practice. Hearing clients tell me they have less pain in the mornings when they get out of bed, or more strength to run around with their grandchild, or greater mobility and balance in their everyday lives, or even a greater calm and tranquility, these are the most rewarding and enjoyable things for me!
