- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price competitively for the level of service and attention we bring! We are certainly focused on the result but believe every customer also pays for excellence before, during and after every job. We are transparent in saying that we do not compete to be the lowest price painting company. Our pricing includes a 2 year warranty on our workmanship and we don't leave until you're satisfied!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with initial contact and a brief dialogue to understand the scope of your project needs. From there we work with you to schedule a convenient time where we can come assess your project space, perform measurements, assess surface conditions, answer any and all questions and in most instances, provide you a price on the spot. We will then email you a formal estimate (usually same day) for you to review. If you would like to move forward we will contact you to coordinate a preferred start date and will work within your needs to find a suitable time to begin. One of our Project Managers will arrive with the painters to begin your project, walk the space with you one last time to reconfirm the project scope, and ensure the right colors and products are selected to begin. Then, the Project Manager will visit on a routine basis to check in with you and the painters to ensure satisfaction during the project. Finally, once the project is complete our Project Manager will arrive to perform a quality assessment. Any spots not deemed to meet our quality standards will be marked with blue tape and the painters will follow behind to perform the proper touch-ups. Only when we feel the project is ready will we engage you to perform the same walk with us and confirm your agreement on completion. If during this walk you find additional areas of concern, we will identify them and remedy. We treat every customer's home as though it was our own. We also strive to meet or exceed your expectations... Painting is not an inexpensive project and the results will stick with you for years to come. With that, quality and customer satisfaction are our #1 driving force. We will work to make every job right and we will not leave until you're satisfied.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Please make sure every company is insured and that they care about your safety and their workers safety. Also ask them if they provide any warranty for their work.
