Adam responded to my request for painters for accent walls punctually and very professionally. He was very transparent with the process necessary to complete my paint project and very thorough and hospitable in answering my many questions. Just based on professionalism and customer service alone, I would recommend the ODP team.

I had others out for estimates. I didn't appreciate being talked down to but unfortunately, I have seen that a lot over the decades being a women. I felt treated with respect by all the ODP folks and felt my project was taken seriously. They took pictures, showed me what and how they would effect repairs before painting and then submitted a reasonable estimate. They were very considerate of my property and they did an amazing job on repairing and painting the surface of my patio fence that was in a VERY deteriorated condition.

Completely satisfied with the work done by ODP Custom. My job was on the smaller side---I just needed some repairs and painting for the trim on my exterior entryways. Adam came to the house for the estimate. He asked questions about the job, explained how they would accomplish the repairs, and described the painting process. Helped me save a little money by allowing me to purchase the recommended paint using his company's discount at Sherwin Williams.
Due to inclement weather, I had to wait more than a week to get scheduled, but it was worth the wait. Dylan arrived at the promised time. His work was clean and thorough. He applied an additional third coat on the extremely dry wood trim around one door, and even touched up the paint on a plunger on my storm door without being asked.
I would definitely utilize their services again, and heartily recommend obtaining a quote from them on any of your painting projects.

I had a wonderful experience with Adam and his team! They were here when they said they would be, but most importantly the quality and attention to detail were unlike any other painting company I have used before.
