- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I may not be the cheapest but I am the best, I will quote fair and honest, and that will be seen by the figures I present.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening is the most important first step, understanding what the customer really wants and catching a glimpse of their vision of the finished project. I make suggestions based on my experience to give the customer a large base of options to ensure their results will be phenomenal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a total of 5 years experience in painting and almost 3 years experience owning my own company, I have handled every aspect of business from scheduling, to the actual labor, to final inspection and accounting. I save customers money in the long run as the "little guy".
