They did a good job repairing my gate another contractor had badly installed. They were on time, professional, and reasonably priced. I’d like to use them for other projects.

I asked for a more detailed estimate, including the type of wood used and the the type of fences they offer ie. shadow box style etc. After sending that request I never heard from them again. I sent another email plus another mssg through Thumbtak to no avail.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimates are free for all of our potential customers surrounding the Columbus areas and nearby. There is a $25 estimate fee for any estimates that are 45 minutes to 1 hour away.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Although we can do virtual estimates, We prefer to come to the job-site to meet with the customer and to provide our estimates. This tends to make things more personable! Also, it helps to avoid any confusion or missing anything that won’t always be detectable through photos.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Adrien Painting & Construction holds a LLC and we are Licensed through the City of Columbus.
