I had an amazing experience working with Adrien Construction. Firstly, the team is very kind, professional, and timely in their work. Jonathan, the head of the team that built my treated wood deck, is a great craftsman. We had numerous discussions on how to build it so it has the best structural integrity. This was very important to me to ensure the deck’s longevity. The crew arrived on time the first day and worked promptly to remove my old rotting deck. The deck backs up into a retaining wall, and the crew did a perfect job ensuring the foundation is suitable to the odd dimensions. The deck backs right up against my house, and the crew paid great attention to detail in order to leave small openings to accommodate my dryer vent and my hose spigot. The deck far surpassed my expectations. The crew was friendly, incredibly respectful of my property while completing the job, and kept me informed throughout the build process to ensure everything turned out exactly to my preferences. I received close to 10 estimates for this project, and I decided to go With Adrien Construction because they gave me the most confidence that they would be able to complete the project successfully through their attention to the DETAILS. I am thrilled with my decision. I will be working with Adrien Construction on future home projects. P.S. These photos are from right when the deck was finished before power washing it… my backyard is a mud pit.

Quick responses between the secretary and myself on my wood deck tear down and composite deck build job. Scheduled about 2-3 weeks out. Then about 5 days to build. They did a beautiful job and worked with me on it, customizing the railing and lattice. Wish I would have done this sooner. The only negative was some confusion on the estimate and pricing. Jonathan owned up to the issues and is an honest man.

Adrien construction replaced a worn out sheet vinyl floor. When another contractor quoted me almost $5K for a 240 sq ft. install, I reached out, selected this team and they came on a Monday to give me a quote. Thursday they started working and were finished up after some trim and final work this morning. They will be my first call in the future for work I need done.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimates are free for all of our potential customers surrounding the Columbus areas and nearby. There is a $25 estimate fee for any estimates that are 45 minutes to 1 hour away.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Although we can do virtual estimates, We prefer to come to the job-site to meet with the customer and to provide our estimates. This tends to make things more personable! Also, it helps to avoid any confusion or missing anything that won’t always be detectable through photos.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Adrien Painting & Construction holds a LLC and we are Licensed through the City of Columbus.
