Pros- very responsive, -did a great job reorganizing the things in my kitchen cabinets -did a good job vacuuming the carpet -did a good job cleaning the floors -my bedroom and living room looked pretty good Cons- - forgot to clean and reorganize a few cabinets until I told her… -seemed to rushing on cleaning towards the 2nd hour, not really taking her time with wiping -my tub wasn’t as clean as I was expecting it to be which is a bummer -the bathroom cabinet was not reorganized and one of my kitchen cabinets is still sticky with honey. So I would say overall, if you plan on booking with her, just make sure you check each area to ensure that she cleaned everything

Arrived 1 hour late, but that was not a big issue. I paid $125 for thorough cleaning of my basement family room to include sweeping mopping and waxing of the tile floor. They did clean windows from inside and swept the floors, and the baseboards were dusted. However the floors were not cleaned. They left after 2 hours which I know from experience that is very fast. And the room did not smell clean and fresh. So I ran a couple of swiffers over floor to see if it was cleaned. OMG see the photo below. one swiffer was from under a bed, and the other two are from the center of the room. So I had to mop and the wax the floor myself. I contacted the lady from Immaculate cleaning, sent her pic of swiffers and she agreed to refund part of my fee. A week later she said she put a check in the mail to me. it has been over three weeks and no check. never again.

I had high hopes for the cleaning services, but found it hard to leave a raving review. Although friendly and quick to respond, the quality of service was lack luster. Arrival time was for 6:00 p.m. but ended up being after 6:30 p.m., the baseboards appeared to be untouched though that was an area I was told would be of focus, the back part of my living room had a lot of dust and debris on the floor and shoved into the corners, along with some areas in my kitchen and dining room, the pendent lights over the kitchen island and dining room table were not wiped down, and the toilet paper holder had been broken and left hanging on the wall in my upstairs bathroom with no mention of it to me; I just had to find it for myself. For a job that took 4 hours and cost me $125, I expected more.

I base my prices on how many bedrooms and baths you have. I do offer a discounts when client refer clients that actually complete there service with me.

First I go out to visit the location to get a better idea of what I am working with. Explain my processes to the client and move forward from there.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started during Covid when lots of families were worried with keeping sickness down. I find peace in helping others.
