Typical cleaning chores were excellent. Onlu complaint ...... During our original phone contact I mentioned hard wood floors in bathroom and kitchen that I Swifter with floor polish. I offered my products but she said they would provide all that. My wood floors were NOT waxed/polished!

I hired Raquel and her team to perform a move out cleaning for my 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment. Raquel was extremely flexible with scheduling and even arrived with her team early. They spent almost two hours cleaning and they did a great job. If I had not been moving, I would have liked to hire Raquel again.
