I was really happy with the quality of the work, however L&I delayed their start time 3 times, including twice on the day of the work. This was a large but forgivable jnconvenience as their work now overlapped with my son's bedtime. Thats all well and good, but I will not hire them again because my son had been sick over the weekend so I hadn't had a chance to do a sweep under the couch for the inevitable hidden treasures. I paid extra for 'organization' and said that anything could be put aside and I would sort it later. The attached photos are a sampling of the kids toys I found mixed with the trash. This was after I spotted the trolley and started digging. You will also see the bag I pulled them from, which was clearly not 'put aside'. I'm still missing parts of some sets, but I'm not digging further through the trash for them.

Mrs. Sara as I told you, I'm sorry for this mistake, but we removed more than 10 bags of trash from inside your house which we ended up mixing these little toys, but we dedicated ourselves to cleaning and organizing your home once again I'm sorry for this little mistake.

L&I cleaning services recently completed a deep clean of my home. From first contact for booking to execution of the services, staff was very responsive, efficient, and professional. Staff worked quickly but gave appropriate attention to all the areas we agreed would be serviced. I was pleased with how thorough their services were and the attention to detail and finishing touches were also impressive - see photo. 🤗 I’m a busy mom and really appreciated how my home was nicely refreshed and clean afterward! Consider allowing them to service your home as well! 😊

Awesome service! They were very quick to supply a quote. I’ve been dealing with a shattered elbow and a sick cat that was hard to clean up after. She didn’t make me feel bad for the state of my townhouse. She cleaned things I never even thought about before. She offered to unbox a new rug I bought since she knew my arm was still healing. She took care of so much dust and cat hair. Finally she left the place smelling dreamy and fresh. Worth every penny!
