- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive. Please know I discount weekly cleans, as the dirt level is minimal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically schedule an appointment to do a walk-through, or a virtual walk-through, so they can put a face with my company. I give them both options to see what their most comfortable with. Then I give a price and schedule their first clean at their convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When being a residential cleaner you don’t require training necessarily. I think it’s just more experience and passion. Which me and my employees possess.
