I have used Oleg and his team for two separate projects now and have been more than pleased with both. They did a bathroom renovation for me in 2019 and Oleg was helpful with design choices and made sure to use the appropriate materials for the job. I unexpectedly decided to accept a job across the country at the end of 2019. I needed to list and sell my home quickly and at the advice of my agent decided to install vinyl plank flooring and complete other small projects. I received two bids, one from a contractor through floor and decor and the second from MAK. I had an a number I expected after asking around. MAK’s bid was almost EXACTLY what I expected in my initial estimates. They are competitive, trustworthy, and fair. receiving an bid from a contractor. The other contractor overbid MAK by $3,000 and treated me like I didn’t know what I was doing which as a woman can be very frustrating. Oleg with MAK was also incredibly helpful by allowing me to request last minute additions and minor changes to the project, he picked up and dropped of materials, and best of all, was able to start (AND FINISH) my project in a short amount of time so I could pack and meet my deadline to start my new job while also listing my home. If I ever needed work done in Columbus I wouldn’t even bother with another bid ever again and MAK would be my go-to for remodeling services.
