This is the third time I have used APCO over the years and they have always done an excellent job, this time no so much. Originally gave them a 5 star review, however had a problem with some siding that they were to fix on last job, this was several months ago, They needed to order new siding which is acceptable. Dropped siding off in my driveway a month ago and is still sitting there.I have contacted Austin Sanders variiouis times and he keeps he wouild bring this up to installers and get back to me on the repair. Still unopened box of siding in my driveway and nothing has been fixed. Maybe they shouild check ouit their website that says: Quote:the job will be performed by highly skilled and experienced technicians who take pride in true craftsmanship. Siding dropped off was wrong color, but finally after another 2 1/2 weeks and another box of siding they did come out and replace the bad siding. Therefore i did change my review from a one star to a three star.

7/25/24 we had a few warranty repairs needed. Alex and Matt came out today. Both of these individuals were very helpful. We solved two of the three problems completely, and offered a temporary repair until they could bring in the manufacturer. Both men were professional, polite, explained what they were doing and totally kept us in the loop. I have offered the recommendation that follows when the windows and doors were originally installed. My confidence continues to grow with APCO. I cant say more positive things about these two men.Our experience with the sales team, front office staff, scheduler and installers was excellent. They were friendly; professional, answered questions and very flexible to work with. We would hire this firm again without question.

My husband and I had the front door and back door of our house in Clintonville replaced. The new doors make a big change, they look beautiful in our vintage house. However, we haven been having some issues with the back door installation. First, it was very tight to open and close. We really had to push hard to open it. After many phone calls my husband was able to have them come fix it. Now the band that goes under the door is coming off and is so annoying every time we open and close the door. My husband has called many times to have someone come fix it but nothing. Even though we get lots of compliments on our new doors, we are very disappointed with the follow up service we have received. Doors and installation were not cheap so we would expect to have something that does not need fixing over and over again. And along with that a better costumer service.
