The technician responded promptly to the request for toilet repair service and was able to come out within 2 hours. He provided a very reasonable estimate and a 10 percent discount for seniors, veterans or first responders. He was very pleasant and polite. He explained clearly what repairs he would be making and what labor and materials would cost. Vanguard Plumbing was great. They responded promptly and we got things scheduled easily and he came. He assessed our tub drain that hasn’t worked for a while, wanted to have more help so arranged to come back with help later in the week. He fixed our running toilet while here also. He was reliable, appropriate charges for work, and successfully completed the job. Will contact for other plumbing jobs in the future without hesitation.
