Our Pricing is usually below the market rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We handle every customer differently due to every customer having different needs when it comes to their garage door. But we do follow the same process for each customer. Every customer gets a verifying phone call 30 minutes before they're scheduled for their service, estimate, or install. As well as reminder emails, with their technician's picture, so they know who to expect walking up to their home. And these are just some of the processes that we abide by at Wammack's Garage Door Repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of experience with Residential, Commercial, and industrial Overhead doors, overhead cranes, and electrical work. But Wammack's is just a residential garage door service business. We also have a few Master Technicians certified from the Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation (IDEA).
