- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very aware of the economy of our clients, we believe that the communication between the contractor and the client is very important to reach an agreement of mutual satisfaction, we are always open to offers, we also think that the happiness of the client is important for our company, many times we adapt to the reality of the client giving options in which they do not spend a lot of money, we always have promotions and discounts to encourage the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are breaking big barriers by adapting to the language and every day we improve more. The first step with a new client is to make a good estimate where there is clarity in time and pressure, so everything will take a process in time, which is often what the client needs. that we leave their homes as soon as possible because I believe that nobody likes to have people working in their homes for a long time, so we think that the estimate of the work is the first step and communicate all the time with the client so that any doubt or dissatisfaction of the customer is resolved on time.
