Introduction

Effective Communication skills are crucial for both personal and professional relationships. Although some people seem to be naturally charismatic, these are skills that can be taught as well. I am passionate about helping both L1 and L2 English speaking professionals improve their vocal delivery and public speaking. I have formal education in speech and hearing sciences and over 20 years in a related field. I also specialize in helping L2 English speakers acquire new skills to improve their delivery (and pronunciation) to speak with clarity. All coaching is individualized with instruction, practice and feedback. I work through online platforms to provide individualized coaching.

I had an amazing learning journey with Jenny. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Analysis report and course outline is 150$. Packages of 9, 12, 18 classes. Contact me for current rates
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with an initial phone conversation (free) to discuss needs and goals, followed by a brief consultation form and agreement. Coaching begins with an analysis, consultation and plan. Online coaching sessions are scheduled individually or in advance via Zoom platform
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in speech and hearing science, and a masters degree in speech-language pathology. I have taken many advanced level courses on related topics such as voice, articulation, anatomy physiology, and social language skills and used these skills in the workplace for 20+ years. I also currently have a real estate license, and have taken many sales and negotiation classes which I also use within the field of professional communication.
