FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customers for a walk-through of the project. We take photos and notes and discuss the options available. We find that it's helpful to learn a little about their lifestyle to determine which products will provide the best durability and function. Communication is key. We always work with our customers to establish a work schedule and time line that allows us to complete the project on time, while minimizing the inconvenience to the client. Renovating is never pleasant, but it shouldn't be painful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We try to stay informed of all current trends and research new products as they come to market. We view videos of new techniques to not only stay competitive, but to be able to provide versatility to our clients.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with so many types of people, both residential and commerial. We always make a point of getting to know our customers and their vision and expectations for their finished projects. Then we strive to surpass that, usually with great success. Even when we aren't hired for projects, we give advice and suggestions on products and techniques that will help them to successfully complete their projects.
