FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will work together to find the best pricing that meets your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation - **Discovery Call/Meeting**: I start with a friendly consultation, either by phone, video, or in person. During this meeting, I ask about the event’s theme, the type of music they want, their vision, and any special requests. - **Music Preferences**: I get a sense of their preferred genres, specific songs or artists they want featured, and any “must-avoid” tracks. - **Event Details**: I gather key information like the event date, location, timeline, and any logistics that need to be considered (equipment needs, setup space, etc.). Personalized Playlist & Event Plan - **Curating the Playlist**: After the consultation, I begin crafting a customized playlist that aligns with their vision and the vibe they want to create. I ensure the music flows with the event timeline, whether it’s a dinner, dance party, or something in between. Deposit: I typically request a deposit to secure the booking. Pre-Event Check-In - **Final Details**: About a week before the event, I check in to confirm final details—event schedule, any last-minute changes, or additional requests. Coordination with Venue: I also coordinate the setup time, sound check, and any technical requirements to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day. Event Day Execution - Setup and Sound Check: I arrive early to set up equipment and conduct a sound check to ensure the sound quality is perfect for the space. - Live DJing: During the event, I maintain flexibility, reading the crowd and adapting the music to keep the energy flowing. Whether it’s adjusting the tempo or handling special requests, I’m always attentive to the atmosphere. Post-Event Follow-Up Customer Feedback: After the event, I like to check in with the customer to get feedback on how everything went and how I can continue to improve my services.
