He arrived on time, finished the job in a timely manner, and the job was done to my satisfaction. Such a pleasant and nice man. I extremely appreciated that he was in contact with me the whole time before the job started and answered all of my questions. I had to have carpet stretched and reattached where it bundled. He did such an amazing job. I will definitely consider him in the future if I have any more jobs that need done.

Bubbles began to appear in my carpet a year or so ago and kept getting worse. Shawn promptly contacted me when I sent out a notice through Thumbtack. He came to my condo to see what the problems were and we arranged for the work to be done at a good price. My seven- year-old carpet looks like new. I couldn’t be happier with the work Shawn did.
