They scheduled an appointment with me, set a time, called me on my phone the day before, and sent me a text that they were coming at a specific time, and then called to say they need to “confirm” said time they texted me, 5 minutes after they were supposed to arrive. Cancelled service immediately—- don’t know what kind of weird process that is.

With all do respect, that is totally incorrect. We do confirm the appointment the day before, and we also attempt to verify, if the customer is home the day of the appointment. We do not come out if the customer does not answer the phone or respond to a message the day of the appointment. And again, We do call and text to confirm if the customer is home before we come out 1 hour prior to arriving. We texted you, at exactly 1:07 pm and you did not respond to our message. We also called you, and you acted like you couldn't hear us on the other line, we also called back and got the same thing. And your appointment arrival time was between 1-2 pm. You are only 5 minutes away from the business! If your gonna review us, be honest and upright about everything; don't Post things incorrectly for no reason. Thanks! We have documented times to confirm what we say!
