- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After they contact me, I have them supply details, address, diagrams, and timelines of their event, if they need bartenders, or servers, how many, we agree on the times, prices, responsibilities for the night, which style of uniforms to wear. I draw up an agreement, and email it for them to sign, no deposit is needed. We do everything online or by text. We exchange cell numbers, the day of the event we show up, find the client, have a brief conversation for direction, then set up and it’s go time! We collect payments at the conclusion of the event, or anytime before if the client so chooses.

23 years experience in serving, bartending, supervising, banquet captaining in exclusive golf and country clubs, hotels, and convention centers, 7 years owning my own business.
