- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing system varies. Length of event, the amount of staff needed. Extra items needed. If table rentals are provided by the client. All would either add or subtract the hourly amount per position. The longer the event for staff the hourly rate is reduced.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask questions first, then I bring knowledge an ideas with that new client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I do, mainly with the American Bartending Assoc. I have competed the Master Bartending Exam and update my TIPS program yearly. I recently became a TIPS master trainer.
