- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Your Appliance Pro we have multiple steps to complete your repair. First a technician will come to your home and diagnose your issue, and give an estimate for repairs. At the end of the first visit at diagnostic fee ($85) is due as well as price for any major parts. After the repair on a second visit a labor charge will be collected. An email receipt will then be sent to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a detailed message first from the customer about their repair issue. This helps so that we may take the time to possibly solve the issue before hand and bring parts on the first visit and complete the repair.
