Isaac called me 2 minutes after I put my request in Lifetime Appliance. He asked, "can I come by in 45 minutes?", I said yes, and he was here before the 45 minutes were up. He worked on my fridge and he fixed it! I had 3 calls to other appliance repair services before and they could not get the problem fixed! Isaac came through! If you have an appliance repair to do, please call Isaac! You'll be glad you did!

After calling several places regarding servicing our Kenmore refrigerator and being told they do not have people trained to service, I filled out a form regarding our problem online with Lifetime Appliance. Spoke to Bilal around 3:30 regarding our fridge and freezer not working. He was at our house at 5:30 and had the part that he suspected was the problem. He had it up and running in a little over an hour. Smart planning to save time and gas to pick up the part that you feel it may be. He was neat and knew what he was doing. Never dreamed I would have it up and running the same day!! We will definitely have him in the future when needed.
